At Manthan Infotech, we take pride in the quality and performance of the ShalaPro school management software. Because we provide a digital product and offer a fully functional demo version for evaluation, we enforce a strict policy regarding refunds and cancellations.

By purchasing a ShalaPro subscription plan, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.

1. The “Try Before You Buy” Guarantee

We provide a free, fully functional evaluation/demo version of the ShalaPro desktop software. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to download, install, and thoroughly test this demo version prior to making any financial transaction.

You are expected to use the demo to ensure that:

• The software is fully compatible with your Windows 10/11 operating system.
• Your computer hardware meets the necessary performance requirements.
• The features, interface, and offline-first architecture meet your school’s specific administrative needs.

Because you have the opportunity to fully evaluate the software risk-free, all sales are considered final upon payment.

2. Strict No-Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our software and the immediate electronic delivery of premium account limits to your registered Email ID, Manthan Infotech does not offer refunds, partial refunds, or prorated refunds under any circumstances.

We will not grant refunds for situations including, but not limited to:

• You changed your mind after purchasing.
• You purchased the software by mistake.
• You do not have sufficient technical knowledge to use the software.
• Your local computer hardware fails, crashes, or is infected by malware/viruses.
• You decide to close your school or no longer require school management software.
• You forgot your registered Email ID or password and lost access to your account.

3. Subscription Cancellations

If your purchased plan operates on a recurring subscription basis (e.g., annual billing), you may choose not to renew your subscription at the end of your current billing cycle.

• To stop future billing, you must notify our support team or cancel via your account dashboard before the next billing date.
• If you choose to cancel mid-cycle, your ShalaPro premium features will remain active until the end of your paid term. No prorated refunds will be issued for the remaining unused months.

4. Exception: Duplicate Payments

The only exception to our No-Refund policy is in the event of a proven payment gateway error via Razorpay resulting in a duplicate charge (i.e., you were charged twice for the exact same transaction).

If you experience a duplicate charge:

1. You must contact our support team at info@shalapro.com within 7 days of the transaction.
2. You must provide the Razorpay Transaction IDs, your registered Email ID, and proof of the double deduction from your bank statement.
3. Upon verification, the duplicate transaction amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

5. Unjustified Chargebacks and Disputes

We maintain detailed logs of software activation, logins, and cloud backup syncs tied to your registered Email ID.

If you successfully purchase and activate ShalaPro, and subsequently file a fraudulent chargeback or dispute with your bank or credit card company claiming the product was not delivered or unauthorized, Manthan Infotech reserves the right to permanently ban your school profile, revoke your license key, and permanently delete your cloud backup data from our servers without prior notice.
